Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Account: name (optional) and email. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and your Google account identifier.
• Game data: when you connect the desktop app, we sync information about your summoner made available by Riot's official APIs — such as Riot ID, level, champion mastery, match history and statistics (KDA, win rate, CS, champions).
• Preferences: your account settings, such as the app's auto-update.
• Technical data: basic usage and performance information, collected via Google Analytics, and essential cookies to keep your session.

2. How we use the data

• authenticate your access and maintain your account;
• sync and display your history and statistics on the dashboard;
• operate, maintain and improve the service;
• communicate important notices about the service.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to deliver the service you requested and based on the consent given when creating your account, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

4. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share only with providers that make the service possible: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Google (login via OAuth and analytics). These providers process the data solely to provide the service to us.

5. Riot Games data

void4 accesses only data made available by Riot Games' official and public APIs. We don't access your Riot password or any private data from your game account.

During a match, void4 also displays public game data from other players present in your game — such as summoner name, champion and match statistics — obtained from Riot's official APIs. This data is public and used only to analyze your ongoing match.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand service usage in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser, but that may affect login.

7. Storage and security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

8. Retention

We keep your data as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Data obtained from Riot Games' APIs is removed when our API access ends or upon request from Riot Games.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, export or deletion of your data, as well as revoke consent, by writing to suporte@void4.lol.

10. Minors

void4 follows the minimum age required by Riot Games to play League of Legends. We don't intentionally collect data from anyone who doesn't meet that requirement.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the service, and the update date above will be revised.
