Terms of use

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using void4.lol ("void4", "the service", "we"), you agree to these Terms of use and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What void4 is
void4 is a desktop application and a web dashboard that works as a real-time League of Legends coach. It displays draft analysis, pick suggestions, spell advice, statistics and overlays during the match.
void4 uses only information made available by Riot Games' official APIs. It doesn't modify the game client, inject code or automate actions inside the match.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Provide truthful information at registration and keep it up to date.
You must meet the minimum age required by Riot Games to play League of Legends in your region.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute void4 without authorization;
- reverse engineer, circumvent technical limits or access the service in an unauthorized way;
- use void4 for any unlawful purpose or one that violates Riot Games' Terms of Service;
- overload or interfere with the service's infrastructure.
5. Relationship with Riot Games
void4 is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games. We use only data made publicly available by Riot's official APIs.
You remain responsible for playing in accordance with Riot Games' Terms of Service. While void4 is designed to operate within those rules, use of the service is at your own risk.
6. Plans and payments
void4 may offer free and paid features. When there is a charge, the amounts, the payment method and the renewal or cancellation conditions will be shown before your confirmation.
7. Intellectual property
The software, the void4.lol brand, the design and the service's content belong to void4. League of Legends, Riot Games and the game's assets are trademarks and property of Riot Games, Inc.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that void4 will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will improve your in-game performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, void4 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any action taken by Riot Games regarding your game account.
10. Termination
You can close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a violation of these terms.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after the update means acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
